  • Delivery destination: Costs vary by country/region (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia).​
  • Order weight: Depends on the number/type of shoes (e.g., 1 pair of long boots weighs more than 1 pair of sandals).​

Note: Customs duties, VAT, or local import fees (if required by your country) are separate from shipping fees — you must pay these directly to local authorities.

3. Shipping Methods & Timelines​

We work with trusted couriers (DHL, FedEx, local postal services) to deliver your shoes. Two shipping options are available:​

4. Order Processing & Shipment​

  1. Processing time: After you place an order, we take 1–2 business days to check stock (e.g., confirm short boot sizes) and prepare your shoes (protect with shockproof packaging to avoid scuffs).​
  1. Shipment notification: Once your order is sent, we’ll email you a tracking link — you can check delivery status anytime via the courier’s website.​
